Step 2 — Complete the Chromaglow Pro Installer Course (end‑to‑end)
Work through the Chromaglow Pro modules in order — it only takes about 30 minutes! Following the course sequence ensures your team aligns on wiring orientation, segment limits, controller setup, power injection rules, and commissioning. This significantly reduces on‑site guesswork and support calls.
Step 3 — Equip your sales flow with demonstration kits
Showing is selling. Hands-on demos close deals faster and help homeowners visualize the "invisible by day, vibrant by night" promise.
Display kit: Demonstrate brightness levels, white and color options, and scheduling capabilities to clients in minutes using a Chromaglow Pro display. Keep one in your shop and another in your sales vehicle for on-site demonstrations.
Track sample kit: Test different tracks and mounting options with Chromaglow Pro track samples. The kit includes one 12" sample of every white track profile we offer.
Step 4 — Always start with a detailed installation diagram
Before you begin, draw a clear diagram of the roofline and system layout. Include segment lengths, estimated light counts per segment, controller location, extension lengths, planned power injection points, and any splits or T‑junctions. A good diagram makes installations easier to communicate, increases efficiency, and is required for support triage should you need it.
Tip: Use consistent symbols and labeling across every project so crews, sales, and support read your drawings the same way.
Step 5 — Quote with repeatable rules (and fewer callbacks)
Build your pricing around linear footage with complexity tiers for unique fasciamultiple stories, or for feeding wire through walls. . Make sure to account for additional transformers if required. Transformers or control boxes may be listed as separate line items since they add considerable cost to the display. A transparent, rules-based quote backed up with a flawless demonstration, and professional photos from our gallery helps the customer clearly see the journey toward their desired outcome, which builds trust.
Step 6 — Close your first job and deliver a pro-grade handoff
Complete your first installation with confidence! Double-check your order with our support team by speaking with a live agent if needed. Post questions in the community or join a Q&A session with an expert for peer opinions on installation details.
Document everything for future service: controller location, , wiring layout, , segment lengths, , injection points, and photos of corners and penetrations. Save a set of app presets and provide homeowners with a quick-start guide explaining how to select colors, schedule scenes, and contact you for support. Clear documentation shortens future visits and improves referrals.
