1) Confirm the symptoms of the issue:

  • Chromaglow lights running at the wrong times

  • or “Loading WEC date time” shows in the Pixel Dancer app

2) Get into installer mode:

  • In Pixel Dancer app, go to Settings → Installer support

  • Use the installer password: Minleon112

3) Enable remote access

  • In Installer support, toggle “Enable remote access” on

  • Copy the full Remote Access URL that starts with https://ra.minleonusa.com/... for escalation if needed

4) Open the Web UI

  • Navigate to the Web UI from Installer support to open the controller page

  • The top tabs should show: Colors, Effects, Shows, Configuration, Outputs

5) Fix the time zone and time

  • Go to the Configuration tab → scroll to the bottom

  • Set Time Zone to “America/Denver” for Saskatchewan customers who observe year‑round CST. If unsure, set to your correct local time zone

  • Update the current time in 24‑hour format and click Update

6) Verify

  • Close and reopen the Web UI from the app

  • Confirm the displayed time matches your local time and scheduled events fire as expected

Notes and tips:

  • If “Update” is greyed out in the Pixel Dancer app, back out and re-open the Web UI, then re-check the settings

  • Local vs remote: use the long ra.minleonusa.com URL when helping remotely: local .local address only works on the customer’s network

  • Recent updates may reset time zone; verify after app/controller updates

Escalate if needed

  • Share the full Remote Access URL and your time zone with a support lead for remote verification
