1. Check the basics
Make sure the spelling matches the code exactly (no spaces, correct capitalization).
Confirm the offer is still active and valid for the items in your cart. Some codes exclude sale items or only apply to certain products.
Only one code can be used per order. If another discount is applied, remove it before trying again.
2. Enter the code at checkout
Enter the code in the Discount Code field at checkout.
If you don’t see the field, refresh the page and try again.
3. If your discount code is tied to a specific account or organization
Some discounts are tied to a specific email or account.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same email address the code was issued to.
If you registered with your company email but place an order using a different email, the code won’t work.
Why discount codes sometimes fail
The code is expired or not yet active.
It applies only to specific products or collections.
Another discount is already applied (codes cannot be stacked).
It’s restricted to certain customer groups or emails.
Don’t forget: discount codes must be entered before completing your order. They cannot be applied retroactively.
