What affects timelines:

Share goals, inspiration images, quantity, approximate size, colors, desired effects (twinkle, bead “sparkle”), installation location, power access, weather exposure, and how it will be secured.
If needed, we book a short design call to refine creative direction and feasibility, then capture a clear brief for quoting.

Choose a pre‑designed piece to customize or proceed with a bespoke concept.
We align on dimensions, colors, lighting effects, finish options, and base or mounting style. Renders or references are provided as needed.

After intake or the design call, we assemble pricing. Target turnaround is about a week for standard cases.
For fully custom pieces, a quote follows after specifications are confirmed.

Approve final design and pricing in writing.
Payment options include Tabit financing (Canada only) or a 50% deposit at order time, and 50% prior to domestic shipment.
