You can walk into our storefront, located in Richmond, BC, Canada, to browse products and make purchases. This is our only storefront location. Other locations are shipping only.
Order for Pickup
You can place an order online and select pickup at checkout. Here's what to expect:
24-hour fulfillment time: Your order will be ready within 24 hours of placing it, during business days
Email confirmation: Wait for the email confirming your order is ready before coming in to pick it up
2-week hold period: We'll hold your order for up to 2 weeks, and send you reminder emails if you don’t pick it up within that time
Easy pickup: Walk in, provide your order number and name to staff at the desk, and you're all set
Important: Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be cancelled and returned to inventory. A store credit will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee.
