How to use a Christmas Lights Timer

Programming Instructions

Step 1: Reset and Begin Programming

Hold down both buttons on the front of the timer until the display resets and begins flashing.

Step 2: Set Current Time

  • Use the top button to cycle through time options

  • A dot in the bottom right indicates PM

  • Press the bottom button to confirm your selection

Step 3: Set Power On Time (P)

  • When "P" appears, use the top button to select when you want lights to turn on

  • Press the bottom button to confirm

Step 4: Set End Time (E)

  • When "E" appears, use the top button to select when you want lights to turn off

  • Press the bottom button to confirm

Tips for Success

  • Double-check your AM/PM settings when programming

  • Test the timer before fully setting up your display

  • Place the timer in a location protected from direct water exposure

Even if there is a power outage, or the timer is unplugged, the internal battery will remember your last used settings.
