Use your Pro Works company email address with a Pro Works domain
Add products to your cart as normal
Step 2: Apply your franchise discount
At checkout, enter your corporate discount code to redeem your 20% franchise discount
Step 3: Select your payment method
Choose "Pay with Purchase Order" at checkout.
Step 4: Complete the order
Submit the order checkout.
You will not have to input any payment details. Payment will be processed by your head office in a bi-weekly invoice
Step 5: Order fulfillment
Big Star Lights will verify the order and authorize shipping
After authorization, your order will be processed and shipped as normal
Important notes
All Pro Works orders are tracked for consolidated billing to PW corporate
Corporate receives consolidated reports and remits payment by wire transfer on Net‑7 terms
This process ensures proper tracking for your corporate billing system while maintaining the franchise discount structure
Refunds and credits: If a reimbursement is required, we issue a credit to the individual Franchise Partner (FP). The FP applies the credit at checkout on a future order.
