What is a Multi Clip?

  • Works on shingles, gutters, fascia, awnings, and fences

  • Attaches to the base wire, not the socket, to keep bulbs straight and tidy

  • For best alignment, place the clip right next to the socket

Versions at a glance

  • All‑climate Multi Clip

    • The current standard and recommended default for most installs

    • Balanced flexibility for cold and warm temperatures

  • Warm‑climate Multi Clip

    • Built with a stiffer nylon blend

    • Best in warmer regions or high‑sun surfaces; may feel too stiff in cold weather

Which should I pick?

  • Most homes and typical fall/winter installs: choose All‑climate

  • Hot regions or areas with extra tension or direct sun: choose Warm‑climate for a firmer bite

Compatibility

  • Bulb types: Designed for roofline socket wire runs with SPT-2 Base wire (That’s E12 and E17 Socket wire, for G30, G20, C9 & C7 bulb types).

  • Surfaces: Shingles, gutters, fascia, awnings, fences

When to use other clip types

  • Magnetic/ ferrous fascia or magnetic metal trim: Magnetic Clips for a fast, non‑marking hold

  • Gutter guards: Use our Gutter Guard Clip for mesh or guard‑covered gutters

  • Vinyl, glass, or delicate finishes: Adhesive Clips with surface prep

Colors and finish

  • Available in black and white

  • Note: Some white batches can differ slightly in shade between warm‑climate and all‑climate versions; function is the same
