Can I change the shipping address on my order?
We’ll do our best to help. Options depend on your order’s status and the carrier.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
If changes are still possible, we’ll place your order on hold, update the shipping address, and release it to ship.
Tip: Include any access details like unit number, gate code, or business name.

If your order has shipped and is in transit
Your order is in the hands of the carrier. We may be able to request a reroute, or hold‑for‑pickup with the carrier, however this is not always possible.
Not all requests are possible. Reroutes can add time to shipping, and may incur carrier fees.
Freight or pallet shipments usually require a formal “reconsignment” that both you and we must approve. This can take extra time, and is not always possible.
What to expect:
We’ll submit the request to the carrier and keep you updated.
Final approval and timing are controlled by the carrier.
If your order shows “Delivered”
Carriers can’t change the shipping address after delivery.
If you believe it was delivered to the wrong place:
Check all entrances, mailrooms, and with neighbors.
Look for a delivery photo or door tag from the carrier.
Contact us with your order number and any delivery evidence you have.
Common questions
Will changing my address delay my order?
It can. Pre‑shipment address changes are fastest. In‑transit changes depend on the carrier and may add 1–5 business days.
Are there extra costs?
Carriers may charge fees for reroutes or address corrections. We’ll let you know about any costs before proceeding.
Can I switch to express shipping at the same time?
Often yes, before the order ships out from our warehouses. After shipment, express upgrades are not possible.
How to format your address to avoid delays
Include apartment, unit, or suite number.
Use the official street name and number. Avoid nicknames or landmarks.
Provide a phone number for the carrier.
For businesses, include the company name and receiving hours.
