  • Double-check the code spelling.

  • Confirm where to enter it. Use the “Discount code” box at checkout, then click "Apply".

  • If using a sale discount code, ensure the sale has not ended


Common reasons a code won’t apply

  • Your discount code is account-specific. Ensure you're using the same email that your account was initially set up with.

  • Product or collection exclusions

    • Certain products, bundles, or sale items may be excluded. Check the offer details on the promotion banner or email.

  • One code at a time

    • Most orders can only use one discount code at a time. Remove other discounts before applying a new one.

  • Code expired or not yet active

    • Promotions have start and end dates, and sometimes specific time zones. Verify the validity period.

  • First‑order or account‑only codes

    • Some offers only work for your first purchase or require you to be logged in to the correct account.
