What classifies as a “misshipment”?
Wrong item sent compared to your order or packing slip
Correct item but wrong color, wire, plug, or length
Extra items you didn’t order
Your order sent to the wrong customer or address
Quick checks to do if you think your order has been misshipped:
Compare the packing slip to what arrived
Match product names, SKUs, quantities, and colors.
Open and check all the boxes and packaging you received
Some orders ship in multiple pieces. Look for more than one tracking number or “1 of N” on labels.
Review your tracking page, scrolling down the page to see if multiple pieces were delivered at different times, or signed by someone else.
Getting support for your mishipped order
If you need to contact our team for support on a misshipped order, ask for a human agent via our live chat, and provide the following:
Take a clear photo or short video of the entire order you received
Include product labels, the outside of each box, and the packing slip if available.
Your order contains Pure or Warm White mini lights, plug them in so color and effect are visible.
