Step 1: Log in to your account
Go to the Big Star Lights website
Click Log in
Enter your email and verification code
Step 2: Open your Orders
From your account menu, select Orders
From the Orders page in your account, you can:
Filter your orders
By status
Confirmed orders
Pending orders
By date
Select a start and end date
By order number
View an order
Click the order in the list to open its details
What you’ll see
Order status and date
Items, quantities, and prices
Shipping method and tracking, if available
Billing and shipping addresses
Payment method and totals
Buy the same order again
From the order details, click the … menu
Select Buy again
Review your cart and proceed to checkout
Download your invoice as a PDF
Open the order details
Click Download your invoice to save the PDF
Troubleshooting
Don’t see your order?
Confirm you’re logged into the correct account email
If you ordered as a guest, log in with that same email
Check date filters and clear any active filters
Can’t download the invoice?
Refresh the page and try again
Disable pop-up blockers
If it still fails, ask to speak to a live agent, referencing the order number you'd like a PDF invoice for
