How to create or sign in to your account

  1. Go to the Big Star Lights website

  2. Open the Account menu
    ​

  3. Click the person icon at the top of the page
    ​

  4. Enter your email

  • New to Big Star Lights? Enter your email to create an account.

  • Already shopped with us? Enter your email to sign in.Verify your email

5. We’ll send a verification code. Enter the code to finish.

6. View your dashboard

  • See your Order History, update addresses, and manage past purchases.

FAQs

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    • No. You can check out as a guest. An account may be automatically created when you check out. You can sign in next time using the same email to view & track your orders

  • I did not receive the verification email. What should I do?

    • Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there after a few minutes, try again or contact us.
