Tracking Your Order

Use these steps to check your order status and find your tracking number.

1) Check your email for a shipping confirmation

A shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your shipping label is created. It includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

  • Search your email inbox for “Big Star Lights,” “Order confirmation,” or “Shipping confirmation”

  • Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders

2) Check your account or Shop Pay

  • Sign in to your Big Star Lights account and open your Order History

  • If you used Shop Pay, sign in to Shop Pay to see recent orders

  • If you use the Shop app with the same email, open the Orders tab

3) Check your Big Star Lights account order status

  • Sign in to your Big Star Lights account

  • Go to View account → View orders

  • Select the order you want to check

  • Review the status:

    • Confirmed: We received your order, and it hasn’t shipped yet

    • On its way: Your order has shipped and is en route. A tracking email should be in your inbox

    • Delivered: Your order has been delivered

If you can’t find your tracking number

  • Confirm the email address used at checkout (you may have used a different or guest email)

  • Check any alternate inboxes you own

  • If you opted into text updates, check recent SMS messages for a tracking link

FAQs

  • When do tracking numbers go live?

    • We email your tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created. The link may take a few hours to start showing scans.

  • Why don’t I see tracking updates yet?

    • Early in the process, carriers may show “Label created, not yet in system.” Updates usually appear within 24–48 hours, depending on pickup times and weekends/holidays.

  • I don’t see a tracking email—what should I try next?

    • Search for “Big Star Lights,” “Order confirmation,” or “Shipping confirmation,” in your email inbox, and check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. Confirm which email you used at checkout and check the Shop app if you use it.

  • Where do I find orders in the Shop app?

    • Open Shop and tap the Orders tab. Make sure you’re signed in with the same email used at checkout.

  • My order says Delivered, but I don’t have it—what now?

    • Check around the property, with neighbors, and any safe‑drop spots. Look for a delivery notice. If still missing after 24 hours, ask to speak to a team member, referencing your order number and address.

  • Can multiple packages use the same tracking number?

    • Some shipments arrive in multiple packages. You may see one master tracking number with multiple deliveries or separate numbers for each package. Your account order page will reflect what’s been shipped.
